These terms and conditions apply to any agreement established, between you and Craftails. By placing an order and during the checkout process, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Craftails.

All quoted prices of our items are in Euro, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. Prices are subject to interim changes, printing or clerical errors.
Ordering our items has some steps in the checkout process, such as specifying shipping method, payment method and delivery and billing address. In addition, for all orders we send regular status updates including order confirmations, that the package is ready for shipment and a final one when it has been shipped.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation containing a summary of the items ordered and the total amount. We use our payment services Mollie and you will be redirected to a secure environment during checkout. An approved payment is then processed by us on the same or next business day.
Shipments are sent via Send My Parcel.
We ship our items with the utmost care. We are legally responsible until delivery and will have to replace any damaged or defective items while supplies last. Should the item no longer be in stock or available we will refund the purchase price.
For our packages, the shipping method is standard. In most cases, your package will be delivered to its destination (after this shipment is notified) within 24 hours.
If you are not at home and the package cannot be delivered to you, it will be offered a second time by default. Day and time depends on the first delivery. If you are not at home the second time, a message will be left behind indicating at which service point you can pick up the shipment yourself.
We strive to ship your orders within 1 to 3 business days. Any order can still be cancelled at that time, after that the order is binding. Cancellations can only be made by phone. Once your order has been delivered, the right of withdrawal applies. This is at least 14 days plus any holidays starting one day after delivery.
Upon receipt of your payment, we strive to deliver the order within 24 hours of ordering. Stock and availability is shown on our site per item. In the unlikely event that an item, for whatever reason, is out of stock or has a longer delivery time, you will be notified by e-mail and will receive a refund.
You have the option of creating an account or placing an order without leaving your personal information with us. When you create an account then you have the possibility to consult and reprint an order(s) online. You can also find that status of open delivery here.
Craftails will treat personal data confidentially and will not make it available to third parties. Your personal data will only be used to fulfill the order. In addition, all personal data, such as shipping address are recorded using encryption. All sensitive information first passes an HTTPS protocol (seen by the padlock at the top of the browser). Craftails takes security seriously, we do everything we can to cover this 100% and monitor it continuously. Regular maintenance is performed and all kinds of measures are enabled such as logging/firewall etc. , and cannot be held fully liable by the use of these third parties.
Craftails has at all times the right to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions and the content of its website. Prices are subject to interim changes, printing or writing errors.
The enjoyment of alcoholic beverages is primarily your own responsibility, as a consumer. And a responsibility of parents for their child(ren). Craftails Focuses exclusively on people 18 years of age and older. And does not sell or supply alcoholic beverages to those under the age of 18. Craftails is not responsible for any accidents after incorrectly entering the date of birth, which causes the purchaser to indicate they are over 18 years of age, without actually being so. We rely on your honesty.
